Carina Edwards, CEO of Quil, believes her company can tackle the biggest challenges in healthcare today. The digital health group began as a joint venture between Comcast NBCUniversal and Independence Blue Cross, and Edwards describes it as ambitious from the start.
As Carina puts it, “I need people around me who will answer the question, ‘What would YOU do?’ Don’t ‘YES’ me! Do not ‘manage’ me! Lots of folks can answer what not to do. Monday morning quarterbacking is easy. What you need are people who have creative ideas about what to do.”
