Quil offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. The option you select at checkout will determine how quickly your order is delivered. These include:
- Standard Shipping –Delivers within 7 business days after order is shipped.
- Expedited Shipping – Delivers within two (2) business days after order is shipped.
- Express – Delivers within one (1) business day after order is shipped.
If your order is received before 11 a.m. PST, on any business day, it will ship the same business day. If your order is received after 11 a.m. PST, on any business day, it will ship the next business day. Any orders received on non-business days will ship the next business day. Business days are generally Monday through Friday excluding U.S. holidays. We do not currently ship to Postal Box of Freight Forwarding addresses.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on the Quil Assure online store. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgement email and online under order status. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments. You will receive a Shipment Notification email for each shipment with the carrier’s name and tracking information, if available.
Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. You will receive an Order Confirmation email with a link to your order details.
Once your item is prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email includes the carrier’s name, tracking number, and items to be delivered. You can click the tracking number to track your package using the online Order Status or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website to track delivery. You will also receive an Out for Delivery and Delivered email when shipment is delivered.
You can visit www.ups.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order.
Shipping and Delivery Estimates
The timeframe provided is an estimate of when the item will be processed for shipment, actually shipped from our warehouse and when it will be delivered to your address after shipment. If out of stock. The items on your order will ship as they become available and delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose on checkout.
All estimates are based on business days.
Signature of Delivery
Some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to change the shipping address.
The independent third party shipping carriers utilized may offer additional delivery options, which may include electronic signature or estimated delivery time windows.
The Quil Assure Online Store sells and ships items only within the boundaries of United States. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, freight forwarders, or addresses outside the USA.
Problems With Your Shipment
If you paid for expedited shipping and did not receive your package on time or if you receive the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please complete a Quil Customer Care Form with details and order number at myquil.com/contact-us.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Use Quil Assure 60-Days Risk Free
We’re so convinced you’ll love the Quil Assure service and equipment (the “Equipment”) in the Quil Starter Kit (the “Starter Kit”), that we’re willing to offer a 60-day risk-free money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can receive a refund, within 60 days of purchase, of the Quil Assure Starter Kit. All Equipment in the Starter Kit must be received in the same condition as it was originally received by the customer to be eligible for a refund. Please complete a Customer Care Form with details and reason for return at myquil.com/contact-us.
You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by the Quil Assure Customer Care Team, who will send you a pre-paid shipping return label, that must accompany all authorized returns.
Once all Equipment in the Starter Kit is received, together with the RMA, a refund of your Equipment will be processed. A credit will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment. You can cancel your subscription at any time on the Application or direct Quil Customer Care to cancel your subscription for you.
If you believe an authorized refund has not yet been issued, first check your credit card company or financial institution. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received a refund, please complete a Customer Care Form with details at myquil.com/contact-us.
Request to return Equipment/Starter Kit and/or terminate your subscription, outside the 60-day risk-free period, is not permitted.
Defective Products Exchanges
Other than 60-day Risk Fee return, you may only return and exchange Equipment that is damaged or defective. You may only exchange the damaged or defective Equipment for up to one (1) year from the date of your original order, and then only if the damage or defect is not caused by you. In order to be eligible to return and exchange Equipment you must return the applicable piece of Equipment to Quil (i.e. Hub, Motion Sensor, Door Detector or Don’t Panic Button) within one year from date of original order, and complete a Customer Care Form with details and reason for exchange at myquil.com/contact-us.
Once you complete a Customer Care Form, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by the Quil Assure Customer Care Team, who will send you a pre-paid shipping return label, that must accompany all authorized returns.
Quil will ship a replacement piece of Equipment to you promptly after receipt of the Customer Care Form. To be eligible for an exchange on the damaged or defective Equipment, your damaged or defective item must be returned to Quil within 60 days of the date you compete a Customer Care Form. Equipment must be packaged securely for shipping back to Quil. In the event that the damage/defective Equipment is not returned within 60 days, not defective or damaged, the damage or defect is determined in Quil’s sole discretion to have been caused by you, or is otherwise not eligible for exchange, your credit card will be charged for the replacement Equipment that has been shipped to you and the cost of the shipping. You will receive notice before your credit card is charged.
