Gina enhances our leadership team with her experience in building, developing and transforming people, programs and processes. Gina’s portfolio includes a track record of success across disciplines: talent development, project management, risk analysis and process improvement. Prior to joining Quil, Gina led employee experience transformation and risk management initiatives in progressive roles during her decade (plus) of service at Comcast, where she built a world-class talent management program. Gina earned her B.S. at Villanova University and M.S. from University of Virginia.
